Shipping Provider

All orders placed through Cossmoss will be shipped using our recommended shipping provider, selected for their reliability and service quality. This helps ensure your purchase arrives promptly and safely.


Alternative Shipping Providers

If you wish to use a shipping provider of your own choice, please notify us at the time of placing your order or prior to dispatch. Please note:

  • Additional costs may apply, including differences in shipping rates, insurance, handling, or administrative charges.

  • We will provide an estimate of these additional charges for your approval before proceeding.

  • Once your order is handed over to your chosen provider, Cossmoss is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur.


Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs inspections, weather disruptions, carrier delays).


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs using our recommended provider are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • If you choose to use your own shipping provider, you are responsible for all additional charges incurred.


Customs Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


Insurance & Risk of Loss

  • Orders shipped via our recommended provider include basic transit insurance. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request at your expense.

  • Risk of loss and title passes to you:

    • Upon delivery when shipped via our recommended provider.

    • Upon handover to your nominated shipping provider if you elect an alternative.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate.

  • Cossmoss is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Authority to Accept Delivery

  • Delivery may be accepted by anyone present at the nominated address.

  • If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notification card with instructions or attempt redelivery, subject to their policies.


Refused Deliveries & Returned Parcels

  • If a delivery is refused, or a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, unclaimed packages, or customer absence, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery costs.


Split Shipments

  • Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. You will be notified if this applies.


Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

  • Cossmoss is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in carrier services.


Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the date of publication.
